At Northern Lights Franchise Consultants Corp., we approach the expansion of our Franchise clients with "duty of care" and professionalism.
We believe the essence of any successful Franchise System is the quality and integrity of the Franchise selection process.
We believe the "due diligence" process undertaken by both Franchisors and Franchise Candidates must be handled with integrity, consistency and in good faith.

Our firm's expansion services begin with the development of an annual Franchise Marketing Plan, including a detailed budget of expenditures by month. The plan is then implemented by our firm and results analyzed and reported to our clients on a monthly basis.

Our firm undertakes a two-fold responsibility with regards to franchise expansion:

1. We will develop a detailed dossier on each Franchise Candidate who embarks on a formal "due diligence" process for the Franchisor's final review and approval.

2. We will ensure that Franchise Candidates are in a position to make a well-informed business decision about the franchise opportunity by ensuring full and complete disclosure of material facts by our clients, complying with the applicable guidelines provided by the Canadian Franchise Association.
